Uli is a town of historic importance situated at the extreme southeast corner of Ihiala local government area of Anambra state in Nigeria. Its closest neighbouring towns are Amaofuo, Ihiala, Amorka, Ubulu, Ozara, Imo State, Ozara, Egbuoma and Ohakpu.
