US 151 Business follows Williams Boulevard northeast to 1st Avenue, which it follows for the rest of its path through Cedar Rapids. 1st Avenue becomes Marion Boulevard in Marion. US 151 Business follows 7th Avenue to its northern terminus, the intersection of US 151 and Iowa Highway 13 (Iowa 13).
