The Tasmania JackJumpers are an Australian professional basketball team based in Hobart, Tasmania, who entered the National Basketball League (NBL) in the 2021–22 season, and play their home games at MyState Bank Arena and the Silverdome. Brisbane Bullets
The Brisbane Bullets are an Australian professional men's basketball team in the National Basketball League (NBL) based in Brisbane, Queensland. They competed from 1979 to 2008, and returned to the league in 2016. Brisbane were one of ten NBL foundation teams and have won three NBL championships, being successful in the 1985 and 1987 seasons, and again in 2007. They also competed in the 1984, 1986 and 1990 grand finals. The team reached the playoffs 21 times in their illustrious 30-year history. On 30 June 2008, it was announced that the Bullets license had been returned to the NBL, following financial difficulties for owner Eddy Groves and the failure of attempts to find a new ownership group. Jack McVeigh
Jack McVeigh (born 27 June 1996) is an Australian professional basketball player for USC Heidelberg of the Basketball Bundesliga. He is also contracted with the Tasmania JackJumpers of the National Basketball League (NBL). Early life McVeigh was born in Cabarita Beach, just 20km south of the Queensland-New South Wales border. He grew up on the Gold Coast where he attended The Southport School and began playing junior basketball at the age of five for the North Gold Coast Seahawks. He played in the SEABL with the BA Centre of Excellence in 2014 and 2015. College career McVeigh played college basketball with the Nebraska Cornhuskers for three seasons. McVeigh emerged as the team's sixth man during his sophomore season but a reduction in playing time during his junior season led to his departure from the team. Joshua Taylor Adams (born November 16, 1993) is an American professional basketball player who is currently free agent. He played college basketball for the Wyoming Cowboys before playing professionally in Russia, Turkey, China, Australia and the NBA G League.
