Tangerang ( Sundanese: , ) is a city in the province of Banten, Indonesia. Located on the western border of Jakarta, it is the third largest urban centre in the Greater Jakarta metropolitan area after Jakarta and Bekasi; the sixth largest city proper in the nation; and the largest city in Banten province. It has an area of and an official 2010 Census population of 1,798,601, which had risen to 1,895,486 at the 2020 Census. – making it the eighth most populated suburb in the world at the latter date; the official estimate as at mid 2021 was 1,911,914. Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) is a convention and exhibition centre located at BSD City, Pagedangan, Tangerang Regency, Banten, Indonesia. The convention and exhibition center was inaugurated in August 2015. It is the biggest convention and exhibition center in Indonesia. It has total land area of approximately 220,000 sqm, 10 exhibition halls with a total area of 50,000 sqm, 50,000 sqm outdoor exhibition space, 33 meeting rooms, one 4,000 sqm convention hall and one 12,000 sqm pre-function lobby. Gading Serpong
Gading Serpong is a township, 21 km west of Jakarta at Kelapa Dua and Pagedangan, Tangerang Regency of Banten province in Indonesia. Total land area of this satellite city is about 1500 hectares, which was being first developed by PT Summarecon Agung as Summarecon Serpong. In 1993, Keris Group in-cooperated with the development and the name was changed as Gading Serpong. Later Paramount Land also joined the project. BSD City, formerly referred to Bumi Serpong Damai is a planned community located within Greater Jakarta in Indonesia.
