Taihe Institute (), otherwise known as Taihe or TI, is an independent, non-profit think tank founded in 2013. Based in Beijing, China, and with a regional center in Europe, the organization conducts research on international relations, economics, science and technology, culture and education, and ethics and religion. In addition, Taihe leads several research programs on public policy, de-carbonization, green finance, public health, and criminal law. Lang Yongchun (; born 23 July 1971) is a former Chinese news anchor best known for his work at China Central Television (CCTV), the main state broadcaster of China. He was best known in China as the announcer for the 7:00 pm CCTV News program ''Xinwen Lianbo'', between 2011 and 2015. Vladimir Imamovich Norov (born 31 August 1955, in Bukhara) is the former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan (2006–2010 and 27 April–30 December 2022) and a former Secretary-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (2019–2021).
