Tăriceanu II Cabinet
The second Tăriceanu cabinet of the government of Romania was composed of 18 ministers, listed below. It was sworn in on 5 April 2007, and experienced some ministerial changes, particularly in the final months of its term. It was a coalition government, formed by the PNL and the UDMR. Călin Popescu-Tăriceanu
Călin Constantin Anton Popescu-Tăriceanu (; born 14 January 1952) is a Romanian politician who served as Prime Minister of Romania, prime minister of Romania from 2004 to 2008. He was also president of the National Liberal Party (Romania), National Liberal Party (PNL) and the vice-president of the European Liberal Democrat and Reform Party (ELDR), two positions he assumed in 2004. He previously served as the President of the Senate of Romania, President of the Senate, the second position in the Romanian state, from 2014 until his resignation in 2019, having previously resigned from his own party, the PNL, and then becoming an independent senator. Parliament Of Romania
The Parliament of Romania () is the national Bicameralism, bicameral legislature of Romania, consisting of the Chamber of Deputies (Romania), Chamber of Deputies () and the Senate of Romania, Senate (). It meets at the Palace of the Parliament in Bucharest, the capital. Prior to the modification of the Constitution of Romania, Constitution in 2003, the two houses had identical attributes. A text of a law had to be approved by both houses. If the text differed, a special commission () was formed by deputies and senators, that "negotiated" between the two houses the form of the future law. Dacian Cioloș
Dacian Julien Cioloș (; born 27 July 1969) is a Romanian Agronomy, agronomist who served as Prime Minister of Romania from November 2015 to January 2017. He previously served as Ministry of Agriculture, Forests and Rural Development (Romania), Agriculture Minister under Călin Popescu-Tăriceanu between October 2007 and December 2008. Decebal Traian Remeș
Decebal Traian Remeș (26 June 1949 – 14 February 2020) was a Romanian economist and politician. A member of the National Liberal Party (PNL), he was a member of the Romanian Chamber of Deputies for Maramureș County from 1996 to 2000. In the Radu Vasile and Mugur Isărescu cabinets, he served as Finance Minister from 1998 to 2000, while in the Călin Popescu-Tăriceanu cabinet, he was Minister of Agriculture during 2007.
