The Turkish Basketball First League (; TBL), is Turkish basketball league system, the second-tier level league of professional club basketball in Turkey. The league was previously known as Turkish Basketball Second League (TB2L). Format and promotion and relegation There are a total of 18 teams participating in the league for the ''2023-24 TBL season''. Each team plays each other in their group twice during the regular season. Team finishes at first place promotion and relegation, promotes to the Turkish basketball league system, top-tier level Turkish Basketball Super League (BSL) for the next season, teams ranked 2nd place to 9th place, compete in playoff format and winner of the playoff also promotes. Beykoz Spor Kulübü Derneği, today known for sponsorship reasons as TTNet Beykoz, is a Turkish sports club based in Beykoz, Istanbul. Their home arena is Beykoz stadium (''Beykoz Stadyumu''). Beykoz was founded in 1908. Team colours are black and yellow. The Beykoz football team played in the Turkish First League for eight seasons. The team played in the Third League as Beykozspor 1908 AŞ, which is the fourth level of Turkish football, and were promoted to the Second League in the 2007–08 season as champions. Paşabahçe (pron. "pah-shah-BAH-che", lit. "pasha's garden") is a chain of around 50 retail stores selling glass art, glassware, crystal, and other homeware, based in the Tuzla district of Istanbul, Turkey, part of the Şişecam company.
