Tyrone Viiga
Tyrone Vi'iga (born 9 June 1992) is an Australian professional rugby footballer of Cook Islands & Samoans, Samoan heritage. He plays for AS Béziers Hérault. He previously played for the New South Wales Country Eagles, NSW Country Eagles, and Sydney RAMS and also represented the Cook Islands national rugby league team, Cook Islands. He has played both 'codes' but is currently a Rugby Union professional. Career Rugby league Vi'iga played as a in rugby league. He was a member of the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks under 20s side in 2012, before joining the Wentworthville Magpies in the NSW Cup competition. In October 2012, he represented the in their 28–24 win over . He was selected in the Cook Islands squad for the 2013 Rugby League World Cup, but did not make any appearances during the tournament. The Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks are an Australian professional rugby league club based in the Sutherland Shire of Southern Sydney, Southern Sydney, New South Wales. Cronulla compete in the National Rugby League (NRL), Australasia's premier rugby league competition. The Sharks, as they are commonly known, were admitted to the New South Wales Rugby League premiership, predecessor of the Australian Rugby League and the current National Rugby League competition, in January 1967. Shute Shield
The Shute Shield, currently known as the Charter Hall Shute Shield, is a semi-professional rugby union competition in Sydney, Australia. It is the premier club competition in New South Wales. The Shute Shield is awarded to the winning team from the Sydney premiership grand final held at the end of the club rugby season. History Club-based rugby football began some time before 1865. The Sydney University Football Club began in 1863 (although this date is questioned by some historians) and is the oldest existing football club outside the British Isles.
