Txema Guijarro García (born 15 April 1975) is a Spanish economist and politician of Podemos party. He currently serves as Member of the Congress of Deputies since 2016 and he chairs the Congress' Committee on Budget since 2019. At the 2015 Spanish general election he was elected to the Congress of Deputies, representing Valencia province. The Congress of Deputies () is the lower house of the , Spain's legislative branch, the upper house being the Senate of Spain, Senate. ''ABC'' () is a Spanish national daily newspaper. Along with and , it is one of Spain's three newspapers of record. History and profile ''ABC'' was first published in Madrid on 1 January 1903 by Torcuato Luca de Tena y Álvarez-Ossorio. The founding publishing house was Prensa Española, which was led by the founder of the paper, Luca de Tena. The paper started as a weekly newspaper, turning daily in June 1905.
