Tromsø IL
Tromsø Idrettslag () is a Norwegian professional Football club (association football), football club based in Tromsø. They play their home games at the Romssa Arena which has a seating capacity of 6,801. Tromsø play in the Eliteserien. Despite never winning the Eliteserien title, they have finished as runner-up in 1990 Tippeligaen, 1990 and 2011 Eliteserien, 2011. They have won the Norwegian Football Cup, Norwegian Cup twice: in 1986 Norwegian Football Cup, 1986 and 1996 Norwegian Football Cup final, 1996, and were runner-up in 2012 Norwegian Football Cup final, 2012. Their wins make them the northernmost football club in the world to have won a national title. The Northern Norwegian Cup ( Norwegian: ''Nord-Norgesmesterskapet i fotball'') was a Norwegian football tournament for men that was contested annually between 1929 and 1969. It was made for clubs from Northern Norway, because these were not allowed admission into the All-Norwegian cup until 1963. After the admission of Northern Norwegian teams, the cup lost its importance, and was ended in 1969. Fredrikstad Fotballklubb (also known as Fredrikstad or FFK) is a Norwegian professional association football, football club from the town of Fredrikstad. With nine league championships and twelve Norwegian Football Cup, Norwegian Cup wins, FFK is one of the most successful clubs in Norwegian football. Hamarkameratene (), often abbreviated to HamKam or Ham-Kam, is a Norwegian professional football club based in the town of Hamar. The club was founded in 1918, originally under the name Freidig. HamKam were most recently promoted to the Eliteserien in 2021. Promotion and relegation is used by sports leagues as a process where teams can move up and down among divisions in a league system, based on their performance over a season. Nidelv Idrettslag is a Norwegian sports club from Trondheim, Sør-Trøndelag. It has sections for association football, team handball, floorball, track and field, weightlifting and Nordic skiing. Nidelv IL ski also owns, and organises the annual Nardorennet and football organises the Nidelv Cup every autumn. The sports team also has its own salmon dam in Nidelva. FK Mjølner is a Norwegian football club based in the town of Narvik in Narvik Municipality, Nordland county, Norway. It currently plays in the 4. divisjon, after having been relegated from the 3. divisjon in 2024. The club played at the top tier in 1972 and 1989. Harstad (; ) is the second-most populated municipality in Troms county, Norway. It is mostly located on the large island of Hinnøya. Harstad Idrettslag is a Norwegian sports club from Harstad, Troms. It has association football, futsal and nordic skiing sections. The club formerly had sections for track and field, skiing and speed skating, but this was discontinued in 1987. The club colors are yellow and black, and their home field is Harstad stadion. This was Norway's first football stadium with artificial turf. The men's football team currently plays in the 4. divisjon, the fifth tier of Norwegian football.
