Trisha Jaimee Doan (; May 9, 1985 – February 11, 2017) was a Korean-Canadian musician, photographer and television producer, best known for her tenure as the bass guitarist for the Canadian heavy metal band Kittie. Early life and career (1985–2003) Trish Doan was born on May 9, 1985, in Gwangju, South Korea. Doan started playing guitar at the age of 13, and received her first guitar from her mother as a birthday present in 1999. Patricia Anne Keenan (28 September 1968 – 14 January 2011) was an English musician and singer. She was the lead vocalist and founding member of the electronic band Broadcast, which she formed in 1995. Trish Vradenburg (May 9, 1946 – April 17, 2017) was an American playwright, author, television writer, and advocate of research to cure Alzheimer's disease. Biography Vradenburg was born in Newark, New Jersey, the daughter of Beatrice and Judge Joseph Lerner. She graduated from Boston University in 1968 and became a speech writer for Senator Harrison A. Williams (D-NJ). She was a writer on three television shows. In addition, she wrote the novel ''Liberated Lady'' (1986) as well as the plays ''The Apple Doesn't Fall…'' and ''Surviving Grace''. Kittie is a Canadian heavy metal music, heavy metal band from London, Ontario. The band was formed in 1996 by guitarist Fallon Bowman and drummer Mercedes Lander, with guitarist and vocalist Morgan Lander and bassist Tanya Candler joining the following year. Broadcast (band)
Broadcast were an English band formed in Birmingham in 1995 by Trish Keenan (vocals, keyboards, guitar) and James Cargill (bass). Their musical style blended elements of 1960s psychedelia with early electronic music and samples from esoteric sources; it earned the band a cult following.
