Trevor Zegras
Trevor John Zegras ( ; born March 20, 2001) is an American professional ice hockey Centre (ice hockey), center for the Philadelphia Flyers of the National Hockey League (NHL). He was selected by the Anaheim Ducks ninth overall in the 2019 NHL entry draft. Zegras played college ice hockey at Boston University Terriers men's ice hockey, Boston University. Early life Zegras was born on March 20, 2001, in Bedford (town), New York, Bedford, New York to parents of Greek descent, Gary and Julie. He began skating at the age of three and played in the Rising Stars youth program alongside his cousins. The 2018–19 USHL season was the 40th season of the United States Hockey League as an all-junior league. The regular season ran from September 27, 2018, to April 13, 2019. The Tri-City Storm were awarded the Anderson Cup as regular season champions for accumulating 95 points over 62 games. Rickard Lars Gunnar Roland Rakell (born 5 May 1993) is a Swedes, Swedish professional ice hockey Winger (ice hockey), right winger for the Pittsburgh Penguins of the National Hockey League (NHL). While playing for the AIK IF in Sweden, Rakell was drafted 41st overall by the Plymouth Whalers in the Ontario Hockey League's (OHL) 2010 Import Draft. 2021–22 NHL Season
The 2021–22 NHL season was the 105th season of operation (104th season of play) of the National Hockey League (NHL). The league expanded to 32 teams with the addition of the Seattle Kraken. The league had an October-to-April regular season scheduling and a full 82-game regular season for the first time since the 2018–19 NHL season as the previous two NHL seasons were shortened due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Winger, in the game of ice hockey, is a forward position of a player whose primary zone of play is along the outer playing areas. They typically flank the centre forward. Originally the name was given to forward players who went up and down the sides of the rink. Wingers generally have the least defensive responsibilities out of any position on the ice, however they are still tasked with defensive duties such as forechecking duties or covering the point in the defensive zone. Bob Murray (ice Hockey, Born 1954)
Robert Frederick Murray (born November 26, 1954) is a Canadian professional ice hockey executive and former player. He most recently served as the general manager of the Anaheim Ducks of the National Hockey League. Murray played in the NHL from 1975 to 1990 as a defenceman with the Chicago Black Hawks. He played in two NHL All-Star Games and helped the Black Hawks reach the NHL playoff semifinals five times in a nine-year stretch.
