The Mello-Kings
The Mello-Kings were an American doo-wop group, who became popular in the late 1950s with their song, "Tonite, Tonite" (1957). The group consisted of brothers Jerry and Bob Scholl, Eddie Quinn, Neil Arena and Larry Esposito. The quintet was formed in 1956 at a high school in Mount Vernon, New York, United States, under the guidance of manager Dick Levister. Originally named the Mellotones, the group was signed to the Herald label. "Tonite, Tonite" was written by Billy Myles, a staff composer for the label. The group was forced to change its name after the single's release, as another group had already claimed Mellotones. The record lasted more than ten weeks on the US pop charts. In 1957 the groups recorded several more singles, including "The Chapel on the Hill" and "Baby Tell Me Why Why Why", which did not chart, and "Valerie", which became a New York regional hit. "Tonight Tonight" is a song by American rock band Hot Chelle Rae. It was released as the lead single from their second album '' Whatever'' on January 25, 2011. "Tonight Tonight" was released to mainstream radio on February 22, 2011. ''Hell of a Tester'' (sometimes written Hellofatester) is the third studio album by The Rasmus, then called Rasmus. It was released in 1998 by Warner Music and received Gold status in Finland. The most popular single was ''Liquid (The Rasmus song), Liquid'', which was released in September, getting into the Top 40 on MTV Nordic. It was voted Single of the Year for 1998 by music critics and fans and the video won an award in 1999 at the Finnish Music Video Awards. The album was positively received by fans. John King (country Singer)
John King is an American country music singer and songwriter. King was born and raised in Demorest, Georgia. He worked construction jobs as a teenager and was heavily influenced by Country, Rock and Southern rock artists. King later graduated from University of Georgia before signing his first record deal with Black River Entertainment (2014-2016).
