Timothy Cain is an American video game developer best known as the creator, Video game producer, producer, lead programmer and one of the main Video game designer, designers of the 1997 computer game ''Fallout (video game), Fallout''. In 2009, he was chosen by IGN as one of the top 100 game creators of all time. Biography Early life Cain went to college at the University of Virginia and to graduate school in California. ''The Bard's Tale Construction Set'' is a computer game creation system that allows for the creation of dungeon crawl video games based on the '' Bard's Tale'' game engine. It was developed by Interplay Productions in 1991 and distributed by Electronic Arts. It was released for the Amiga and MS-DOS.
