Three Oaks Township is a civil township of Berrien County in the U.S. state of Michigan on the border with the state of Indiana. The population was 2,324 at the 2020 census. The village of Three Oaks is the only incorporated community within the township. US 12 crosses east–west through the township. The South Branch Galien River flows through the western part of the township.
