The Third Söder cabinet was sworn in on 8 November 2023, following Markus Söder's re-election as List of ministers-president of Bavaria, Minister-President of Bavaria by the members of the Landtag of Bavaria on 31 October 2023. It is the 28th Cabinet of Bavaria. Formation Markus Söder was re-elected Minister-President by the Landtag on 31 October 2023, with 120 votes for, 76 votes against, and two abstentions. Markus Thomas Theodor Söder (born 5 January 1967) is a German politician from Bavaria, Germany serving as List of Ministers-President of Bavaria, Minister-President of Bavaria since 2018 and Leader of the Christian Social Union in Bavaria, leader of the Christian Social Union in Bavaria (CSU) since 2019. Albert Füracker
Albert Füracker (born 3 February 1968) is a German politician of the Christian Social Union of Bavaria (CSU). He has been a member of the Landtag of Bavaria since September 2008 and has served as the Minister for Finance and Home Affairs of Bavaria since March 2018. Markus Blume (born 14 February 1975) is a German politician of the Christian Social Union of Bavaria (CSU) who has been serving as State Minister for Science and Arts in the cabinet of Minister President Markus Söder since 2022. Joachim Herrmann (born 21 September 1956) is a German politician. He is a member of the CSU party. Herrmann is an MP in the Landtag, the parliament of Bavaria since 1994.
