History In August 2010, more than fifty pocket-sized saunas were gathered on a lakeside within Teuva for the fifth annual Mobile Sauna Festival. Lars (Lauri) Johannes Ingman (30 June 1868, in Teuva – 25 October 1934, in Turku) was a Finnish theologian, bishop and politician. In 1906 he began to serve as the editor of '' Vartija'', a Christian magazine. From 1916 to 1930 he was the professor of practical theology in the University of Helsinki. Mirjam Tuokkola
Mirjam Tuokkola (born 7 February 1997) is a Finnish archer who participated in the 2014 Summer Youth Olympics. She started archery in 2007 and her other career highlights include a silver medal in the 2012 World Field Archery Championships in Junior Women's Recurve and several other Finnish championships in different age categories. Her club is Teuvan Jousiampujat. She broke the Finnish youth record with a score of 633 and won bronze in the mixed international team event with Canadian Eric Peters. Elonkerjuu
Elonkerjuu is a Finnish folk rock band. The band had started in the mid-1990s with lead singer Lauri Tähkä and was known from 1996 until 2011 as Lauri Tähkä & Elonkerjuu. They were signed since 2006 with Universal Music Finland. In 2011 Tähkä left the band, which shortened their name to the current form. In 2012 Juha Lagström was chosen as the new lead singer. The current singer is Osku Ketola, who has been in the band since 2017. Lauri Tähkä and Elonkerjuu During the first years, the band based its songs on traditional music from Southern Ostrobothnia. Later, they started to write the lyrics by themselves, but the themes are still connected to rural life and the language used is Southern Ostrobothnian dialect.
