Terslev is a village, with a population of 939 (1 January 2025),BY1: Population 1. January by urban areas The Mobile Statbank from Statistics Denmark in Region Zealand in Denmark. It is located 7 km north of Haslev just south of the tripoint between the municipalities of Køge Municipality, Køge, Ringsted Municipality, Ringsted and Faxe Municipality, Faxe. 
Terslev Church dates back to the 12th century and is one of the oldest churches in Denmark. The church was restored by architects Johannes and Inger Exner in 1978–79.

Faxe Municipality
Faxe Municipality () is a '' kommune'' in Denmark in the Region Sjælland on the island of Zealand. The municipality covers an area of 406 km2 and has a population of 37,820 (2025). Its mayor as of January 2018 is Ole Vive. He is a member of the agrarian liberal Venstre political party. On 1 January 2007 Faxe municipality, as the result of ''Kommunalreformen'' ("The Municipal Reform" of 2007), came into existence by merging the three former municipalities of Haslev, Fakse, and Rønnede. Haslev
Haslev is a railway town in the southern part of the island of Zealand, Denmark, located about southwest of Copenhagen. It has a population of 12,634 (1 January 2025), and is the largest town and municipal seat of Faxe Municipality in Region Zealand. Haslev has six public schools: two boarding schools, a folk high school, a technical school, a college of education, and a sixth-form college. The estates and castles of Gisselfeld and Bregentved are close to Haslev. History Haslev started out being a small village named Hasle with a few houses and streets surrounding the church. It is mentioned for the first time in 1328 as ''Haslæ'' and in the Bishop of Roskilde's Urbarium 1370-80 as ''Hasle'' and ''Haslæ''. The name was later changed to Haslev to avoid confusion with other similar town names in Denmark. In 1870, the railway line passing Haslev town was inaugurated. Statistics Denmark () is a Danish governmental organization under the Ministry of the Interior and Housing, reporting to the Minister of Economic and Internal Affairs. Køge Municipality
Køge Municipality (, ) is a '' kommune'' in the Region Sjælland on the east coast of the island of Zealand approx. 40 km southwest of Copenhagen. The municipality covers an area of 255 km² (98 sq. miles), and has a total population of 63,335 (2025).
