__NOTOC__ The is a single elimination professional wrestling tournament held in late autumn by the Osaka Pro Wrestling (OPW) promotion. It has been held annually since 2000 except in 2014, 2016–2017, and 2019–2021. It is considered the most prominent tournament in OPW. The number of participants in the has varied over the years, from a lowest of 12 in 2001 to a highest of 24 in 2011. Naohiro Hoshikawa is the inaugural winner; "Big Boss" Ma-G-Ma holds the record for most tournaments wins with three, while Billyken Kid, Daisuke Harada, Tigers Mask and Zeus have won two each. Ma-G-Ma is also the only wrestler to have won three consecutive tournaments. is a Japanese professional wrestling promotion based in Osaka. The promotion was founded by Super Delfin on March 4, 1999 following his departure from Michinoku Pro Wrestling, and has been operated by Zeus (Japanese wrestler), Zeus since July 2021. Commonly associated with the comedy wrestling and lucha libre genres, Osaka Pro features a variety of masked wrestlers inspired by Osaka characters. History In January 1999, Super Delfin announced that due to disagreements with The Great Sasuke regarding the direction of Michinoku Pro Wrestling, he would be leaving the promotion alongside several wrestlers and backstage personnel. Originally starting his career in International Wrestling Association of Japan, where he worked under his real name, Yamada found a new home promotion in 1999 in Osaka Pro Wrestling, where he began wrestling under a mask and the ring name Black Buffalo.
