TV 2 Zulu
TV 2 Zulu was a Danish television station and a sister channel to TV 2 Denmark. It was primarily aimed at viewers between 15 and 30 years of age. TV2 Zulu has been noted for Danish comedy shows and programmes such as '' Langt fra Las Vegas'', ''Gustne Gensyn'', ''P.I.S.'', ''Klovn'' and '' FC Zulu'', the latter of which was nominated for an International Emmy in 2005 for best Non-scripted Entertainment. From 2000 to 2007, TV2 Zulu broadcast live NFL games. TV2 Zulu was also known for its award shows such as Zulu Awards and Zulu Comedy Galla. Zulu Comedy Galla is a part of Zulu Comedy Festival, where comedians, both Danish and foreign, are performing in the capital of Denmark, Copenhagen. In 2011 it was introduced that comedians would also be performing in Aarhus. During the festival, the TV channel also broadcasts much comedy. TV 2 Zebra
TV 2 Zebra is a Norwegian television channel showing entertainment programmes, interactive programmes and live sport mainly targeted towards a male audience. The channel was started as TV 2 Xtra on 24 January 2004, but before that the channel was first announced in 2003 as ''TV2 Plus'', which is its working name. Viasat is a direct broadcast satellite, satellite and pay television brand, founded in Sweden in 1991. Viasat has previously been owned by Modern Times Group, Modern Times Group (MTG). The channels of both companies were broadcast from London. In 2018, Modern Times Group, MTG sourced out the television/streaming division, forming three companies: Viaplay Group (serving Nordic countries), Viasat World (international and Ukraine) and Viasat Russia (Russia and CIS). In 2020, Viaplay Group formed a joint venture with Canal Digital to form the company Allente, that offers satellite television services in the Nordic countries. Canal Digital was a Nordic pay TV and internet service provider in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland that was founded in March 1997 as a joint venture between the French pay TV company Canal+ and the Norwegian telecommunications operator Telenor. The number of customers in 2017 was 838,000. From 2003 to 2020, Canal Digital was fully owned by Telenor.
