Stereosonic
Stereosonic was an annual electronic dance music festival held in Australia in November and early December. Stereosonic was held in Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Sydney, and Melbourne, attracting attendances of up to 200,000 patrons nationally featuring the biggest electronic artists in the world. Stereosonic was a collaboration of two major Australia promoters Totem Industries and Onelove Music Group. In 2010 Totem Industries and Onelove Music Group created Totem Onelove Group, Australia's leading electronic music companies. In 2013 Totem Onelove Group was acquired by U.S. based global electronic music company SFX Entertainment of New York. As of 2012, it was regarded as Australia's fastest growing music festival. In 2016 however, the event was cancelled with the promise that it would return "bigger and better". Festival X is an annual electronic dance music festival held in Australia in November and early December. Festival X was held in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne, featuring international and local electronic artists. Festival X is collaboration between Hardware and Onelove Music Group who operated Stereosonic and partnered with Live Nation that promote Splendour in the Grass and Falls Festival. Stacey Pullen is an American techno musician based in Detroit, Michigan, United States. Pullen was raised in Detroit, where he became interested in electronic music early in his life. He began working on the Detroit techno scene in 1990, studying with Derrick May and working with him on business ventures. He used the aliases Bango, Kosmik Messenger, X-Stacy and Silent Phase.
