Shlohmo
Henry Laufer (born January 3, 1990), known professionally as Shlohmo, is an American musician and producer from Los Angeles. He is best known for his experimental production style and for founding the record label Wedidit Records. Career Shlohmo, born Henry Laufer, is a musician and artist from Los Angeles. Laufer has released three studio albums, Bad Vibes (2011), Dark Red (2015), and The End (2019), as well as several EP's and collaborative mixtapes. True Panther Sounds
True Panther Sounds (TPS) is a New York City-based independent record label founded by Dean Bein, previously owned by Matador Records and distributed by Beggars Group. The label began in 2004 in San Francisco to release a tour-only 7" by founders Bein and Samuel's band Red Tape Apocalypse. The label eventually moved to New York with Bein and was acquired by Matador Records in 2009. Artists released by the label represent many genres, including notable acts such as ABRA, Celeste, Glasser, Girls, King Krule, Tobias Jesso Jr., Shlohmo, and Slowthai. About True Panther was started in 2004 by Dean Bein, Molly Samuel, and Avi Klein to put out a tour-only 7" by Bein and Samuel's band Red Tape Apocalypse. He was a member of the hip hop/ R&B collective Thestand4rd. Career Smidzik gained popularity on the internet through a series of solo releases on the website SoundCloud. His first release ''Forest'' was put out in late 2013 and exhibited a hip hop sound with Smidzik rapping on every song, in contrast to his later and more recognized R&B-stylized singing. Djavan Santos (born October 30, 1990), better known by his stage name D33J, is an American record producer based in Los Angeles, California. He is a member of the Wedidit collective. He has collaborated with Tory Lanez and Lil Yachty. Early life Djavan Santos was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He studied guitar and electronic music at Alexander Hamilton High School.
