Sheboygan Area Lutheran High School
Sheboygan Lutheran High School is a private secondary school in Sheboygan, Wisconsin near the University of Wisconsin–Sheboygan campus on the city's southwest side. It is operated by the Lutheran High School Association of the Greater Sheboygan Area, Inc., an association of Lutheran Church–Missouri Synod congregations in the Sheboygan area. History The school was opened in 1978 by a group of Lutherans. The school dedicated its first building in 1980 and has added two additions to the campus. In 2011, it opened Neat Repeats Thrift Shop, a community thrift shop in Plymouth, Wisconsin, to benefit the school. Religious background Sheboygan Lutheran High School is affiliated with the Lutheran Church–Missouri Synod (LCMS). Sheboygan () is a city in and the county seat of Sheboygan County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 49,929 at the 2020 census. Kohler High School
Kohler High School is a public high school located in Kohler, Wisconsin. It serves grades 9-12 and is part of the Kohler School District. Kohler Elementary and Kohler Middle Schools are also based out of the same building, though the enrollments of each school are broken out individually rather than as one K-12 unit. In the same building is the Kohler Public Library, which serves as the school library for all three schools. Wisconsin Senate
The Wisconsin Senate is the upper house of the Wisconsin State Legislature. Together with the larger Wisconsin State Assembly they constitute the legislative branch of the state of Wisconsin. The powers of the Wisconsin Senate are modeled after those of the U.S. Senate. The Wisconsin Constitution ties the size of the State Senate to that of the Assembly, by limiting its size to no less than 1/4, nor more than 1/3, of the size of the Assembly. Currently, Wisconsin is divided into 33 Senate Districts (1/3 of the current Assembly membership of 99) apportioned throughout the state based on population as determined by the decennial census, for a total of 33 senators.
