The mall is owned by Commercial Centers Management and has an area of . The mall is anchored by Burlington Coat Factory and IKEA. History Development and opening: 1950s-1960s On July 27, 1958, plans for the then called Santa Rosa Plaza were announced. Developed by Eastern Shopping Centers, Inc. of Yonkers, New York, Yonkers, N.
