Samasata–Amruka Branch Line ( ur, ) was one of several Railway lines in Pakistan, branch lines in Pakistan, operated and maintained by Pakistan Railways. The line began at Samasata Junction railway station, Samasata Junction and ended at Amruka railway station, Amruka. The total length of this railway line is with 15 railway stations. This Railway line was closed in 2011. However recently efforts are underway to reopen the line. Samasata Junction railway station (Urdu and pa, ) is located in Samasata town, Bahawalpur district of Punjab province, Pakistan. The station served as the junction between the Karachi–Peshawar Railway Line and the now defunct Samasata–Amruka Branch Line (and onwards to the Bahawalnagar–Fort Abbas Branch Line).
