Séamus Dennison
Seamus Patrick Dennison (born 26 January 1950) is an Irish former rugby union international. Dennison grew up in Abbeyfeale and began playing rugby union at Mungret College. A three-quarter, Dennison gained three caps for Ireland during the early 1970s and was on the Munster team that defeated the All Blacks at Thomond Park in 1978, with his crunching tackle on Stu Wilson still talked about. Dennison, a retired teacher, also played for Connacht, the University of Galway and Garryowen. Abbeyfeale
Abbeyfeale (; ) is a historic market town in County Limerick, Ireland, near the border with County Kerry. The town is on the N21 road from Limerick to Tralee, some south-west of Newcastle West and south-east of Listowel and north-east of Tralee. The town is in a civil parish of the same name. Geography The town is situated on the banks of the River Feale in the foothills of the Mullaghareirk Mountains. Connacht or Connaught ( ; or ), is the smallest of the four provinces of Ireland, situated in the west of Ireland. Until the ninth century it consisted of several independent major Gaelic kingdoms (Uí Fiachrach, Uí Briúin, Uí Maine, Conmhaícne, and Delbhna).
