''Sábado de mierda'' ("Saturday of Shit") is a 1988 Mexican film by Gregorio Rocha and his then-partner Sarah Minter, shot between 1985 and 1987. The film is one of four independent films of the 1985–1991 period focusing on the lives of punk gangs in the Ciudad Nezahualcóyotl Nezahualcóyotl (), or more commonly Neza, is a city and municipal seat of the municipalities of Mexico, municipality of Nezahualcóyotl in Mexico. Sarah Minter
Sarah Minter (born 1953 in Puebla, Mexico, died 2016) was a Mexican filmmaker and artist. Career Minter produced 8mm and 16mm films, video installations, and documentaries that displayed intersections of the body, politics, and the city. Her first contact with video was when she filmed Super 8. Her artworks display the evolution of video and express themes of intimacy, marginalization, and different perceptions. She studied cinematography at the National Autonomous University of Mexico film school in Mexico City. Minter's career began in the 1970s when she joined the experimental group Ergónico. While she was a part of this group, she was able to have her first contact with video and developed a strong liking for it. Nezahualcóyotl (), or more commonly Neza, is a city and municipal seat of the municipalities of Mexico, municipality of Nezahualcóyotl in Mexico. It is located in the List of states of Mexico, state of State of Mexico, Mexico, adjacent to the east side of Mexico City. The municipality comprises its own intrastate region, Region IX (Mexico State). It was named after Nezahualcoyotl (tlatoani), Nezahualcoyotl, the Acolhua poet and king of nearby Texcoco (Aztec site), Texcoco, which was built on the drained bed of Lake Texcoco. Corrupted are a Japanese doom/sludge metal band, formed in Osaka in 1994. They are known for avoiding interviews and publicity.
