Superstruct Entertainment is a British live entertainment company and one of the world's largest festival promoters. As of March 2023, the company had acquired over 85 festivals in Australia and Europe, making it the second-largest festival promoter in the world. History The company was founded in 2017 by James Barton, the founder of Creamfields and former Live Nation Business executive, executive, and Roderik Schlosser of private equity firm Providence Equity Partners, which provided seed funding. In January 2017 Superstruct bought 70% of Sziget Festival in Budapest, and the following month invested in Spanish electronic music promotions company Elrow. Hideout Festival
Hideout Festival is an annual electronic music festival held in Zrce, Croatia on the island of Pag. The first festival was in 2011, and landed on The Guardian's list of the best European festivals of 2011, and since then, has sold out every year to date. The event is split between pool parties in the day and headline performances at night, both of which take place in Zrce's open-air venues along the beach. Field Day is an outdoor music festival held every year on New Year's Day in Sydney at The Domain. It is a one-day music festival showcasing hip-hop, house, indie and electronic artists from all over the world. The event has been running since 2002 and has become a popular annual music event, attracting over 20,000 people. In 2007 and 2008 Field Day was voted the best festival in New South Wales in the annual InTheMix 50. There was no Field Day in 2021. Boardmasters Festival is an annual event held in Cornwall, United Kingdom, usually spanning five days on the second weekend of August. The event is a combination of live music and surfing/skateboarding competitions in and around the town of Newquay. The festival was founded in 1981 as a surfing competition, and in 2005 it was expanded to include music acts, taking place at Watergate Bay. In 2024 the official capacity of the event was increased to 58,000. The majority of the music performances take place to the north of Newquay near Watergate Bay. The Men's Pro 5 Star WQS surf competition takes place on Fistral Beach where a skate ramp is built for the BMX and Skateboard competitions. Field Day (festival)
Field Day is a yearly outdoor music festival in London. It was first held in Victoria Park in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets on 11 August 2007 and returned there each year until 2017. The 2018 festival moved to Brockwell Park, and in 2019 it was held at Meridian Water in Enfield. Between 2021 and 2024 the festival returned to Victoria Park, and in 2025 it is to be held in Brockwell Park. Beginning in 2021, the festival partnered with AEG's Goldenvoice, merging into All Points East. In April 2023, the festival was acquired by Superstruct Entertainment.
