Sullivan University is a private for-profit university based in Louisville, Kentucky. It is licensed to offer certificates and diplomas, associate's, bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees by the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education and is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges. According to the Kentucky Council, for the 2015–2016 academic year, 40% of Sullivan's full-time, first-time associate degree students received their degrees within three years. John William Conway (born July 5, 1969) is an American lawyer and politician who served as the 49th Attorney General of Kentucky, attorney general of Kentucky from January 7, 2008, to January 4, 2016. WDRB (channel 41) is a television station in Louisville, Kentucky, United States, affiliated with the Fox network. It is owned by Block Communications alongside Salem, Indiana–licensed dual CW/MyNetworkTV affiliate WBKI (channel 58). The two stations share studios on West Muhammad Ali Boulevard (near US 150) in downtown Louisville; WDRB's transmitter is located in rural northeastern Floyd County, Indiana (northeast of Floyds Knobs). ''Ultimate Recipe Showdown'' is a program shown on Food Network. The program was originally hosted by Marc Summers and Guy Fieri. For the second season, Fieri hosted the program alone. There were three seasons between 2008 and 2010. Format Each contest had three home cooks who had won their way into the competition. The episode had a theme such as "comfort food". Each round had a specialized section of the theme, such as macaroni and cheese. In each round, the contestants would be given points out of 100.
