Sujaya Dasgupta
Sujaya Dasgupta (born 2 February 1988) is a British actress. She is known for her roles in the Netflix series '' Shadow and Bone'' (2021–2023) and the Apple TV+ series '' Shantaram'' (2022). Early life Dasgupta was born 2 February 1988 in India; for her father's work, she moved to England at the age of 3, where she grew up in Hertfordshire. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Leicester in 2009. She then trained in acting, going on to graduate from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in 2015. Career Dasgupta appeared in the 2011 Barn Theatre productions of ''Lost'' and '' Private Fears in Public Places'' in Welwyn Garden City.
