Studiotorino
Studiotorino is an Italian automotive design house, or the ''carrozzeria'', specializing in completely handmade sports car. The company was founded on 1 January 2005 in Rivoli by Alfredo and Maria Paola Stola with Marco Goffi. The carrozzeria continues the tradition of Alfredo Stola's grandfather, who founded the Stola company, a carrozzeria and model works, noted by Vincenzo Lancia, the founder of Lancia for the high quality of their design modelling work. RK Coupe
The Ruf RK Coupe and RK Spyder are mid-engine design, mid-engine sports car, sports cars made by Ruf Automobile in collaboration with Italian design house Studiotorino. The RK Spyder was introduced in 2005 in Turin and the RK Coupe was introduced the following year in 2006 in California. Development and production The RK is a result of a collaboration between German automaker Ruf and Italian coachbuilder, carozzeria Studiotorino, the RK Coupe and Spyder are based on the Porsche Boxster and Cayman (987), Porsche 987 Cayman and Boxster. The carrozzeria consulted with Aldo Brovarone on the designs, with the RK taking cues from the Ferrari Dino#Dino 246 GT and GTS, Ferrari Dino 246 GT, the Porsche 550, and the Porsche 904. KSU Gazal-1
The KSU Gazal-1 (Arabic for ‘gazelle') is a sport utility vehicle developed by students at King Saud University and technicians from Magna Steyr. The mass production began on 14 June 2010 under King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz of Saudi Arabia. The managers of the project are Dr. Abdul Rahman Alahmari and Dr. Saed Darweesh. Dr. Khalid Alsaleh, who registered patents for the vehicle, mentioned in a TV interview that environment specific tests such as camel collision tolerance were conducted. The car is the fourth home-made Arab automobile, after the Egyptian-made ''Ramses'', the Moroccan-made '' Laraki'' and the Libyan-made ''Saroukh el-Jamahiriya''. With a projected output of 20,000 for 2011, the Gazal-1 was the first Arab vehicle to be mass-produced in the Arab World. Stola (automotive Company)
Stola is an List of automobile manufacturers of Italy, Italian automotive company founded in 1919. From its start it realized concept cars, prototypes and style models, master models and engineering consultancy for some of the biggest manufacturers in the automotive industry. A coachbuilder manufactures bodies for passenger-carrying vehicles. The trade of producing coachwork began with bodies for horse-drawn vehicles.
