Storhamar Håndball
Storhamar Håndball Elite is the professional women's handball team of the Norwegian multi-sports club Storhamar IL based in Hamar. The team plays in REMA 1000-ligaen (women's handball), REMA 1000-ligaen, the top division in the country, since its promotion in 2016. They competed in the 2022–23 Women's EHF Champions League, for the first time. Hamar is a List of cities in Norway, town in Hamar Municipality in Innlandet Counties of Norway, county, Norway. Hamar is the administrative centre of Hamar Municipality. It is located in the Districts of Norway, traditional region of Hedmarken. The town is located on the shores of Mjøsa, Norway's largest lake. Historically, it was the principal city of the former Hedmark county, now part of the larger Innlandet county.
