Stewart Regan
Stewart Regan (born 10 February 1964 in County Durham) is an English sports administrator who is the former CEO of Yorkshire County Cricket Club and the Scottish Football Association. He was also Director of the English Football League Championship, a position he took up following 17 years in the brewing industry with both John Smith's Brewery (Courage Ltd) and Bass Brewery. Regan was Strategic Planning Director for Bass and part of the senior team involved in the sale of the company's brewing arm to the American brewer, Coors Brewing Company, Coors. In 2003/04, the leading clubs in the EFL Championship appointed Regan as their Managing Director with a brief to establish the second tier of English football as a strong, commercially viable league for aspiring clubs hoping to access the Premiership. William Allen Alsop (12 December 1947 – 12 May 2018) was a British architect and Professor of Architecture at University for the Creative Arts's Canterbury School of Architecture. He was responsible for several distinctive and controversial Modern architecture, modernist buildings which are usually distinguished by their use of bright colours and unusual ''avant-garde'' forms. Anna Signeul
Anna Signeul (born 20 May 1961) is a Swedish football manager and former football player. She was the national coach of the Scotland women's team from March 2005 until 2017, and the national coach of the Finland women's team from 2017 to 2022. Playing career Signeul grew up in the town of Falun, Sweden and enjoyed participating in many sports as a child. As a supporter of IFK Göteborg, she drifted towards football and joined local club Falu BS. While still a teenager, she joined IK Brage before spending the majority of her playing career at Strömsbro IF. Gordon Strachan
Gordon David Strachan ( born 9 February 1957) is a Scottish former football coach and player who is currently Technical Director of Dundee. He played for Dundee, Aberdeen, Manchester United, Leeds United and Coventry City, as well as the Scotland national team. He has since managed Coventry City, Southampton, Celtic, Middlesbrough and Scotland. In club football, Strachan played 635 league games, scoring a total of 138 goals, playing 21 of 25 career seasons in either the English or Scottish top-flight. In international football Strachan earned 50 caps, scoring five goals and played in two FIFA World Cup final tournaments, Spain 82 and Mexico 86. Craig William Levein (born 22 October 1964) is a Scottish professional association football, football manager and former player who was most recently the manager of Scottish Premiership club St Johnstone F.C., St Johnstone. During his playing career he played for Cowdenbeath F.C., Cowdenbeath and Heart of Midlothian F.C., Heart of Midlothian, making over 300 league appearances for Hearts until he was forced to retire due to injury. Oriam is Scotland's national performance centre for sport, based at Heriot-Watt University's Riccarton campus in Edinburgh. Heriot-Watt University
Heriot-Watt University () is a public research university based in Edinburgh, Scotland. The Scottish football referee strike refers to the unprecedented withdrawal of services by top level referees in Scottish football, following a dispute between the Scottish Senior Football Referees' Association and the Scottish Football Association. It affected 20 matches scheduled for the weekend of 27/28 November 2010 in the Scottish Premier League, the Scottish Football League, the Scottish Cup, as well as the 2010 Scottish Challenge Cup Final. When combined with significant weather disruption, the effect of the strike was that only four games went ahead, all in the SPL on 27 November, using replacement referees drawn from Israel, Luxembourg and Malta.
