Steven Preben Arthur Simonsen (born 3 April 1979) is an English former professional association football, footballer who played as a goalkeeper (association football), goalkeeper. He started his senior career at Tranmere Rovers F.C., Tranmere Rovers before spells with Everton F.C., Everton, Stoke City F.C., Stoke City and Sheffield United F.C., Sheffield United, Preston North End F.C., Preston North End and Scottish sides Dundee F.C., Dundee and Rangers F.C., Rangers. Whilst at Tranmere, he received four caps for the England national under-21 football team, England U21s. South Shields () is a coastal town in South Tyneside, Tyne and Wear, England; it is on the south bank of the mouth of the River Tyne. Thomas Sørensen
Thomas Løvendahl Sørensen (; born 12 June 1976) is a Danish former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. Sørensen started his career with his local side Odense BK. After impressing on loan at Vejle Boldklub and Svendborg he was signed by English side Sunderland in 1998. After five years as first-choice goalkeeper on Wearside, he joined Aston Villa for £2 million. He remained a regular for his time at Villa Park until a fall-out with manager Martin O'Neill saw him dropped and then released in May 2008. He then went to Stoke City, where he was first-choice goalkeeper for three seasons, helping the club consolidate in the Premier League. Carlo Nash
Carlo James Nash (born 13 September 1973) is an English former professional footballer and goalkeeper coach. Nash started his career at North West Counties League clubs Rossendale United and Clitheroe, playing for the latter in the FA Vase final in 1996, before being signed by Crystal Palace for a fee of £35,000. He helped Palace to win promotion out of the First Division via the play-offs in 1997. He spent 1998 to 2001 with Stockport County before being sold to Manchester City for £100,000 in January 2001. He played 15 Premier League games for the club, either side of 25 appearances in the 2001–02 First Division title-winning campaign. Steven George MacLean (born 23 August 1982) is a Scottish professional football coach and former player who was most recently the interim head coach of Scottish Championship club Queen's Park. MacLean played as a forward for Rangers, Scunthorpe United, Sheffield Wednesday, Cardiff City, Plymouth Argyle, Aberdeen, Oxford United, Yeovil Town, Cheltenham Town, St Johnstone, Heart of Midlothian and Raith Rovers.
