Steve Davison is Lead Creative Executive of Parades and Spectaculars for Walt Disney Creative Entertainment, and is responsible for the overall creative direction of daytime parades, firework displays, and nighttime spectaculars at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts worldwide. Jubilation! was a daytime parade from Tokyo Disneyland that ran from 2008 to 2013. History The parade began April 15, 2008 in honor of the 25th anniversary of Tokyo Disney Resort and Tokyo Disneyland. It consists of nine colorful floats that feature several Disney characters in fantastical worlds. Minnie Mouse leads the parade and Mickey Mouse and friends close it. During the 25th anniversary year, from April 15, 2008 to April 14, 2009, the parade would stop for show mode four times during its course, once in part A and once in part B at every section of the parade route. Pixar Play Parade was a parade at the Disneyland Resort. The parade features floats and characters based on Disney·Pixar films such as ''Monsters, Inc.'', ''The Incredibles'' and ''Toy Story''. In a first for Disney California Adventure, the floats feature small water jets that shoot water into the crowd of spectators (this parade effect was first introduced in 1993 for "Aladdin's Royal Caravan" at Disneyland).
