Stenløse Boldklub is an association football club based in the town of Stenløse. The team currently plays in the Zealand Series, one of the sixth tiers of the Danish football league system and the highest tier of the local DBU Zealand. Stenløse BK's home ground is the 3,000-capacity Stenløse Stadion. Zealand Series () is the highest division for men organized by the regional association DBU Sjælland and one of the sixth-highest divisions overall in the Danish football league system. Series 1 (Danish Football)
Series 1 () is the seventh level in the league system of Danish football. The division is organized by the regional branches of the Danish Football Association (DBU). The division has changed its name on numerous occasions. It has previously been known as B-rækken (up until 1921–22) and Mellemrækken (1947–1984), before settling with the current name of ''Serie 1'' in 1985. The competition The season starts in the spring and ends in the fall, and there is promotion and relegation after each half season. Each club in the groups play the others twice, once at their home stadium and once at that of their opponents. The top team in each Series 1 group is promoted to sixth-tier regional leagues: Copenhagen Series, Funen Series, Jutland Series or Zealand Series. The Danish football league system, also known as the football league pyramid, refers to the hierarchically interconnected league structure for association football in Denmark, in which all divisions are bound together by the principle of promotion and relegation. Within men's association football, the top two professional levels contain one division each. Below this, the semi-professional and amateur levels have progressively more parallel divisions, which each cover progressively smaller geographic areas. The top four tiers are classed as nationwide, while the fifth tier and below are classed provincial leagues. DBU Zealand () is the local governing body for association football and futsal on Zealand, Denmark. They are responsible for the governance and development of men's and women's football at all levels in the region. DBU Zealand is a member of the Union of Local Football Associations in Denmark (FLU; became "DBU Bredde" in 2020) under the Danish Football Association (DBU) and National Olympic Committee and Sports Confederation of Denmark (DIF). Ølstykke Fodbold Club af 1918 ; also known as Ølstykke FC or ØFC) is an association football club based in the town of Ølstykke on Zealand, Denmark. SC Egedal
Sports Club Egedal (; simply known as SC Egedal or SCE) was a Danish football club from Egedal which was founded on 1 July 2011. The club was the result of a partial merger between the women's and men's senior teams of Stenløse Boldklub and Ølstykke FC. At the extraordinary general assemblies of the two parent clubs in January and February 2011, the members of the clubs voted by a large majority to merge the two senior departments, and the Danish Football Association (DBU) approved the partial merger on 2 April 2011. The Zealand-based team played their home matches at Ølstykke Stadium, which has a total capacity of 3,000 spectators (of which 752 seated).
