Fiesta is a line of ceramic ceramic glaze, glazed dinnerware manufactured and marketed by the Fiesta Tableware Company of Newell, West Virginia, United States since its introduction in 1936, with a hiatus from 1973 to 1985. Fiesta is noted for its Art Deco styling and its range of often bold, solid colors. The company was known as the Homer Laughlin China Company (HLCC) until 2020, when it sold its food service divisions, along with the ''Homer Laughlin'' name, to Steelite International, Steelite, a British tableware manufacturer. Royal Doulton is an English ceramic and home accessories manufacturer that was founded in 1815. Operating originally in Vauxhall, London, and later moving to Lambeth, in 1882 it opened a factory in Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent, in the centre of English pottery. Middleport is a residential and industrial district in the city of Stoke-on-Trent, England. Middleport lies to the west of Burslem, between Burslem and the Newcastle-under-Lyme district of Porthill. Newell is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Hancock County, West Virginia, United States, along the Ohio River. The population was 1,203 at the 2020 census.
