Station Les Aubiers (Tram De Bordeaux)
''Les Aubiers'' tram stop is a tram stop on line C of the Tramway de Bordeaux. It is located on ''Laroque Avenue'' in the north of the city of Bordeaux. The stop opened on 27 February 2008, when Line C was extended north from ', and was the northern terminus of Line C until a further extension to ' opened on 1 February 2014. The stop is operated by Transports Bordeaux Métropole. For most of the day on Mondays to Fridays, trams run at least every ten minutes in both directions. Services run less frequently in the early morning, late evenings, weekends and public holidays. The Bordeaux tramway network (, ) consists of four lines serving the city of Bordeaux in Nouvelle-Aquitaine in southwestern France. The system has a route length of , serving a total of 133 tram stops. The first line of Bordeaux's modern tramway opened on 21 December 2003. Saint-Estèphe, Gironde
Saint-Estèphe (; ) is a commune in the Gironde department in Nouvelle-Aquitaine in southwestern France. Geography The village lies northwest of Bordeaux. Population Wine Saint-Estèphe is best known as the northernmost, and one of the four major wine-growing appellations of the Médoc. The area is separated from Château Lafite-Rothschild in Pauillac to the south by the Jalle de Breuil stream and its vineyards cover around on the banks of the Gironde estuary. The grounds of St.-Estèphe are varied centered in Château Phélan-Ségur. To the south-east corner of the appellation area, they are similar to those of Pauillac, with deep gravels lying on a hard sandstone base. Progressively to the west and north, they get more clayey, less gravelly, and become heavier. Pauillac
Pauillac (; ) is a municipality in the Gironde department in Nouvelle-Aquitaine in southwestern France. The city is mid-way between Bordeaux and the Pointe de Grave, along the Gironde, the largest estuary in western Europe. Population Access The town is situated on the famous "Route des châteaux" or road "D2" which runs through the centre of the prestigious wine appellations. It stretches from Blanquefort in the South (close to Bordeaux) to the northern tip of the Médoc. The Pauillac railway station stands on the line from Bordeaux-Ravezies to the Pointe de Grave.
