Stanisław Dąmbski
Stanisław Kazimierz Dąmbski (or Dąbski; ca. 1638 – 15 December 1700) was a politically powerful Polish prelate and king-maker. He was in turn, bishop of Chełm, Łuck, Płock, Kujawy and finally, bishop of Krakow. Life Dąmbski was the second son of Adam Dąmbski, ''hrabia'' (count) of Lubańiec, castellan of Słońsk (died 1660), and Elżbieta Jemielska of Jemielna. In 1673 Dąmbski became bishop of Chełm, and in 1676 was appointed bishop of Łuck. By 1682 he was bishop of Płock, and in 1692 became bishop of Kujawy. Brzesc Kujawski
Brest, formerly Brest-Litovsk and Brest-on-the-Bug, is a city in south-western Belarus at the border with Poland opposite the Polish town of Terespol, where the Bug and Mukhavets rivers meet, making it a border town.
