Gordon Railway Station, Sydney
Gordon railway station is a heritage-listed suburban railway station located on the North Shore line, serving the Ku-ring-gai suburb of Gordon. It is served by Sydney Trains T1 North Shore line and T9 Northern line services. Situated on St Johns Avenue, the station was designed and built by the New South Wales Department of Railways in 1909. It is an umbrella brand of ComfortDelGro Australia established in 2017 to cover the latter's New South Wales operations, some of which had been owned by ComfortDelGro since 2005. Ku-ring-gai Council
Ku-ring-gai Council is a local government area in Northern Sydney ( Upper North Shore), in the state of New South Wales, Australia. The area is named after a fictional Aboriginal language group. Major transport routes through the area include the Pacific Highway and North Shore railway line. Because of its good soils and elevated position as part of the Hornsby Plateau, Ku-ring-gai was originally covered by a large area of dry sclerophyll forest, parts of which still remain and form a component of the Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park.
