Lucrèce Nussbaum
Lucrèce Nussbaum (born 7 October 1986) is a Swiss ice hockey coach and former Swiss national ice hockey team defenceman. She is the head coach of the Mount Allison Mounties women's ice hockey program of U Sports. Playing career From 2006 to 2011, Nussbaum played for the St. Thomas (New Brunswick) Tommies women's ice hockey program in Fredericton, New Brunswick. For three consecutive years, she captured the Tommies team award for Best Defensive Player. In 2010, she was selected as an Atlantic University Sport Second Team All-Star. International Nussbaum was selected for the Switzerland national women's ice hockey team in the 2010 Winter Olympics. She played in all five games, scoring a goal and two assists. Swedish Women's Hockey League
The Swedish Women's Hockey League ( sv, Svenska damhockeyligan), abbreviated SDHL, is the elite league for women's ice hockey in Sweden. It was established in 2007 as the by the Swedish Ice Hockey Association and was renamed prior to the 2016–17 season. The league has ten teams and employs a system of promotion and relegation with the Damettan. The unexpected withdrawal of Göteborg HC after playing only thirteen games of the 2022–23 season caused the number of teams to decrease to nine for the remainder of that season. The Canadian Women's Hockey League (CWHL; french: Ligue canadienne de hockey féminin ‒ LCHF) was a women's ice hockey league. Established in 2007 as a Canadian women's senior league in the Greater Toronto Area, Montreal, and Ottawa, the league eventually expanded into Alberta, as well as teams in China and the United States throughout its tenure. SDE Hockey are a Swedish ice hockey club in the Swedish Women's Hockey League (SDHL). They play in the Enebyberg area of Danderyd Municipality in Metropolitan Stockholm at Enebybergs Ishall. History The club was formed in 2007 from the merger of the ice hockey sections of Stocksunds IF, Danderyds SK, and Enebybergs IF, the initials of which form the club's name. The club first earned promotion to the SDHL in 2014. They have stayed in the league since, although were forced to play in the relegation series in each of their first five SDHL seasons. The Calgary Inferno (previously known as Team Alberta, nickname "Honeybadgers", during the 2011–12 season) was a women's ice hockey team that joined the Canadian Women's Hockey League (CWHL) for the 2011–12 season. The team played its home games at Joan Snyder Rink (Arena B) at WinSport Canada in Calgary, Alberta. After two seasons without an official name, in 2013 the team picked a moniker drawing from Calgary's National Hockey League franchise, the Calgary Flames, with whom they had a partnership. Kelty Apperson (born October 26, 1994) is a Canadian ice hockey forward, currently affiliated with the Calgary chapter of the Professional Women's Hockey Players Association (PWHPA). She won the Clarkson Cup with the Calgary Inferno in 2019. Ice hockey at the 2017 Winter Universiade was held from January 28 through February 8 at Halyk Arena (men's matches) and Baluan Sholak Sports Palace (women's matches) in Almaty. The selection of participating teams - 12 in the men's tournament and seven in the women's tournament, including the hosting Kazakhstan sides in both cases - was announced on July 25, 2016 while the draw to place the teams into their assigned pools took place on September 18, 2016.
