Blaj (; archaically spelled as ''Blaș''; ; ; Transylvanian Saxon: ''Blußendref'') is a city in Alba County, Transylvania, Romania. It has a population of 17,816 inhabitants as of 2021. Cergău (; ) is a commune located in Alba County, Transylvania, Romania. It has a population of 1,509 as of 2021 and is composed of three villages: Cergău Mare (the commune centre; ''Magyarcserged''), Cergău Mic (''Bolgárcserged''), and Lupu (''Farkastelke'').
