The New Flyer Xcelsior is a line of transit buses available in 35-foot rigid, 40-foot rigid, and 60-foot articulated nominal lengths manufactured by New Flyer Industries since 2008. In addition to the different available lengths, the buses are sold with a variety of propulsion systems: conventional diesel, compressed natural gas (CNG), diesel-electric hybrid, hydrogen fuel cell, overhead electric wire (Trolleybus) and battery electric. The U.S. Route 395 North Spokane Corridor (NSC) is a freeway—with complete and currently operational—running north–south along the eastern border of Spokane, Washington and parts of unincorporated Spokane County to the north. Division Street is a major north–south street in Spokane, Washington, United States. It travels approximately through a majority of the city, albeit non-contiguously through its southern portions, extending from the South Hill to Spokane's northern border and beyond into Spokane County, where it intersects with the North Spokane Corridor. Its southern portions run as residential side road, side streets while the majority of Division, and all of its northern portions run as an arterial road. Spokane Community College Transit Center or SCC Transit Center is a transit center and BRT terminus in the Spokane Transit Authority route system. It is one of Spokane Transit's four primary transit centers, along with the STA Plaza, West Plains, and Pence-Cole Valley transit centers.
