Sofja Stepčenko
Sofja Stepčenko (born 21 December 2006) is a Latvian figure skater. She is a two-time Latvian Figure Skating Championships, Latvian national champion (2022-23) and 2023 Volvo Open Cup champion. She placed eleventh at the 2023 European Figure Skating Championships, 2023 European Championships. Career Early years Stepčenko began figure skating in 2010. She competed in the advanced novice category for two seasons and then moved up to the junior ranks in 2020. 2021–22 season Stepčenko made her ISU Junior Grand Prix (JGP) debut in September, finishing seventeenth at ISU Junior Grand Prix in Poland, 2021 JGP Poland. She followed this up with a twenty-sixth place finish at ISU Junior Grand Prix in Austria, 2021 JGP Austria. The 2025 World Figure Skating Championships were held from March 26–30, 2025, at the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts, in the United States. Angelīna Kučvaļska
Angelīna Kučvaļska (born 6 December 1998) is a Latvian figure skater. She is the 2014 CS Volvo Open Cup champion, a two-time Toruń Cup champion (2015, 2016), the 2014 Tallinn Trophy champion, and a five-time Latvian Figure Skating Championships, Latvian national champion (2015–17, 2019–20). She has competed in the final segment at nine ISU Figure Skating Championships, ISU Championships, achieving her best result, fourth, at the 2016 European Figure Skating Championships, 2016 European Championships. The 2024 World Figure Skating Championships were held from March 18–24, 2024, at the Bell Centre in Montreal, Canada. 2023–24 ISU Junior Grand Prix
The 2023–24 ISU Junior Grand Prix was a series of junior international competitions organized by the International Skating Union that were held from August 2023 through December 2023. It was the junior-level complement to the 2023–24 ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating. Medals were awarded in men's singles, women's singles, pair skating, and ice dance. Skaters earned points based on their placement at each event and the top six in each discipline qualified to compete at the 2023–24 Junior Grand Prix Final in Beijing, China.
