Art Director
Art director is a title for a variety of similar job functions in theater, advertising, marketing, publishing, fashion, live-action and animated film and television, the Internet, and video games. It is the charge of a sole art director to supervise and unify the vision of an artistic production. In particular, they are in charge of its overall visual appearance and how it communicates visually, stimulates moods, contrasts features, and psychologically appeals to a target audience. The art director makes decisions about visual elements, what artistic style(s) to use, and when to use motion. Ra Vincent
Ra Vincent (born ) is a New Zealand production designer, set decorator and artist. He is best known for his work on The Hobbit (film series), ''The Hobbit'' trilogy (2012–2014) and ''Jojo Rabbit'' (2019). His accolades include a Hollywood Film Awards, Hollywood Film Award and a Saturn Awards, Saturn Award, in addition to nominations for a British Academy Film Awards, BAFTA Award, two Academy Awards and two Critics' Choice Movie Awards. Biography Vincent is Māori people, Māori of the iwi Te Āti Awa, Te Atiawa and in addition to his screen work he has produced a number of public sculptures.
