Siluan Mrakić ( sr-cyrl, Силуан Мракић; born 17 September 1979) is a Serbian Orthodox bishop serving as the bishop of Australia and New Zealand since August 2016. Early life and education He was born on 17 September 1979, in Sydney, Australia, to parents father Veljko and mother Janja (née Vukanović). He was baptized the same year in the Saint Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Church in Blacktown, Sydney. His family hails from Herzegovina, from the Zavala hamlet of Budim Do, Trebinje district. He finished elementary school at Parramatta Primary School and secondary school at Arthur Phillip High School. He enrolled in the Theological Seminary of St. Peter of Cetinje in 1995. After graduating from the seminary in 2003, he enrolled in the University of Belgrade Faculty of Orthodox Theology where he graduated in 2005. His Grace and Her Grace are English Style (manner of address), styles of address used with high-ranking personages, and was the style for English monarchs until Henry VIII (r. 1509–1547), and for Scottish monarchs until the Act of Union (1707), Act of Union of 1707, which Union of the Crowns, united the Kingdom of Scotland and the Kingdom of England.
