Siddhartha Bhaiya
Siddhartha Bhaiya is an Indian PMS fund manager and the founder of Aequitas Investment Consultancy, an investment management firm based in Mumbai, India. He serves as the managing director and chief executive officer of the company. Career Bhaiya began as a research analyst at Sushilfinance. He then held positions at various organizations, including Stratcap Securities, Principal PNB AMC, and Reliance Capital Asset Management (RCAM). In 2012, he founded Aequitas Investment Consultancy in Mumbai, where he is the managing director and CIO. In 2019, the company announced plans to launch a Category-III Alternative Investment Fund (AIF). In 2022, the company topped the charts of Barclay Hedge Emerging Markets, Asia Rankings, based on the Compound Annual Return. Front running, also known as tailgating, is the practice of entering into an equity (stock) trade, option, futures contract, derivative, or security-based swap to capitalize on advance, nonpublic knowledge of a large ("block") pending transaction that will influence the price of the underlying security.
