Sibolga
Sibolga (formerly sometimes Siboga) is a city and a port located in the natural harbour of Sibolga Bay on the west coast of North Sumatra province, in Indonesia. The city is located on the western side of North Sumatra facing the Indian Ocean, is a transit harbour to Nias Island, and was hard hit during the 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake. Sibolga is also a semi-enclave within Central Tapanuli Regency, as Sibolga borders Central Tapanuli Regency in the north, east, and south, while it borders the Mentawai Strait in the west. The city has an area of only 10.77 km2 and is the smallest city by land area in Indonesia. North Sumatra

Sibolga Bay
Sibolga Bay (formerly known by the Dutch ''Baai van Tapanoeli'', literally The Bay of Tapanoeli; alternatively Tapanuli Bay) is a natural harbour on the west coast of North Sumatra, Sumatra, Indonesia. It is named after the city of Sibolga which is located inside of the bay. In terms of wildlife, the waters of the bay are home to a large coral reef ecosystem. The bay lends its name to the species '' Pongo Tapanuliensis'', or the Tapanuli orangutan, a critically endangered great ape native to the region surrounding the bay. There are a few islands in the bay, one of which was formerly controlled by the English and the Dutch. Tsunamis The area is relatively exposed to tsunamis. Telephone numbers in Indonesia have different systems for land lines and mobile phones: land lines use area codes, while mobile phones do not. For land line area codes, the digit "0" is added in front when dialing domestic long distance from within Indonesia, but is always omitted when calling from abroad.
