Señorita Panamá 2003 was the 21st Señorita Panamá beauty pageant and 38th celebration of the Miss Panama contest. It held in the Figali Convention Center in Panama City, Panama, on November 26, 2003. After weeks of events, the winner was Jessica Rodríguez. The pageant was broadcast live on RPC-TV. Eleven contestants competed for the title. At the end of the final night of competition, the outgoing titleholder Señorita Panamá 2002 Stefanie de Roux crowned Jessica Rodríguez of Panamá Centro as the new Señorita Panamá. In the same night was celebrated the election of the "Señorita Panamá World", was announced the winner of the Señorita Panamá Mundo title. Señorita Panamá World 2002 Yoselín Sánchez Espino crowned Melissa Del Carmen Piedrahita of Panamá Centro as the new Señorita Panamá World. Jessica Patricia Rodríguez Clark (born September 18, 1981) is a Panamanian model and beauty pageant titleholder. She was the official representative of Panama in the 53rd Miss Universe 2004 pageant, that was held at the Centro de Convenciones CEMEXPO, Quito, Ecuador, on 1 June 2004. She won the Best National Costume. Rodríguez, who is tall, competed in the national beauty pageant Señorita Panamá 2003, on Thursday, 26 November 2003, and obtained the title of Señorita Panamá Universo. Giselle Marie Bissot Kieswetter (born 18 December 1982) is a Panamanian model and beauty pageant titleholder who was the winner of the Señorita Panamá 2006 title on 15 July 2006 for the Miss World 2006 contest. Miss World 2006 was the 56th edition of the Miss World pageant, held at the Sala Kongresowa, a theatre at the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw, Poland, on 30 September 2006. It was the first time ever that the pageant was held in the Continental Europe and a European city other than London. At the end of the event, Taťána Kuchařová of Czech Republic was crowned by the previous winner Unnur Birna Vilhjálmsdóttir of Iceland.
