Semir Cerić Koke
Semir Cerić (; born 23 May 1963), better known as Koke (), is a Bosnian ''narodna muzika'' singer. His music style is folk and modern turbofolk. Career The beginning of Koke's music career dates from 1988, when he published his debut album – ''Sanja'' (for Diskos label). The title song is also notably performed by Serbian folk singer Toma Zdravković, in ekavian form ("Sećaš Li Se Sanja" – 1990). After cooperation with Diskos, Koke published albums ''Život Me Je Prevario'' (1994) and ''Jednom Se Živi'' (2001) for In Takt Records. The album ''Blago Tebi'' (1999) was released by Sarajevo Disk. The fifth studio album, ''Koke'' (2003), was published in Grand Production. albums ''Koke'' (2017) and ''Blago Tebi'' (2018) were published for original productions. Armin is a male given name and surname of Indo-European origin. In the Balkans, Armin is popular among Bosniaks in the former Yugoslav nations. The name is a modification of Amin, following a pattern similar to the modification of Anel to Arnel. This region also has a female equivalent: Armina. Hayat TV (Bosnia And Herzegovina)
Hayat TV is a television station from Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The word, " Hayat", means "life" in Arabic. It is a privately owned TV station, which started airing on 24 February 1992. Its coverage is over 1.5 million people in Bosnia, numerous cable subscribers in the neighbouring countries, and satellite viewers. In the beginning of 2009 Hayat TV opened its new headquarters in Vogošća, suburb of Sarajevo. Hayat now consists of a "Hayat" channel for the Bosnia region and also a Hayat Plus channel for its diaspora. In early 2012 the channel opened two new music channels, Hayat Folk to cater for Bosnian folk music, and Hayat Music to cater for 50% English music, and 50% local pop music. Ilidža Folk Music Festival
The Ilidža Folk Music Festival (; sr-Cyrl, Фестивал народне музике Илиџа) is the oldest living and premier folk music festival in the Former Yugoslavia. It is held annually in Ilidža, Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The festival was established in 1964 by the Association of Bosnian Recording Artists, is held in July and lasts for four days. The event hosts contemporary and traditional artists in genres under the umbrella of Folk, including Sevdalinka, Starogradska, Modern Folk, Novokomponovana, Macedonian Folk, Turbo-folk and accordion music. Toma Zdravković
Tomislav "Toma" Zdravković (; 20 November 1938 – 30 September 1991) was a Serbian singer-songwriter and recording artist. Zdravković was an outstanding figure on the Yugoslav folk scene; a true bohemian and a poet, he lived up to his sad songs. The songs, although having the form of Serbian folk music, had the spirit of chansons. He had a characteristic baritone vocal, not too powerful but warm, resembling that of Charles Aznavour. The violin underlined the melancholic atmosphere in most songs. Most of the lyrics were written by Zdravković, devoted to unfortunate love, and love-suffering while drinking and singing in omnipresent kafanas. He was married four times.
